Snapchat recently introduced a human verification system to quell non-human signups. It's far from bulletproof, though. Steven Hickson of Steves Computer Vision Blog says he beat the system in about 30 minutes.

Apple announced its upcoming software update will fix a bug that occasionally causes home screen crashes.

According to The Washington Post, in a 238-page report an independent review board has determined the NSA’s phone data collection program is illegal and should be shut down.
