Lego 'Blues Brothers' Reenacts Classic Action Sequence

What's This?

The master Lego artisans at Bricktease are on a mission from God. Duncan McConchie has devoted countless hours to recreating — shot for shot — the iconic car chase scene from The Blues Brothers, and it has never looked nerdier.

This stop-motion masterpiece captures every wrecked window, startled mall-goer and bumbling cop from the classic film.

Check out the side-by-side comparison of the Lego version and the original that shows all of the crazy detail McConchie put into the shoot.

And if you're still not impressed, watch the making-of, which details all the effort that went into every single frame of this beautiful slab of plastic cinema.
