Sometimes, it only takes a piece of fruit and a hungry kid to create a new meme.

A curious and hungry young boy named Carter knocked on his neighbor's door in pursuit of a banana. The goods were received, a picture was taken for proof, and Carter left.

His neighbor, Redditor Theone211, posted the photo to Reddit's r/funny on Sunday with the title, "This is Carter. He knocked on my door to ask if he could have a banana, then left."
