There's only one person in this whole world like Alec Baldwin.

Tuesday wasn't a very special day for the notoriously quick-tempered 30 Rock actor, whose leisurely afternoon bike ride turned into an irate altercation with the police and charges of disorderly conduct. Naturally, a Twitter rant followed.
