Nicole Kidman Brings the Glamour in 'Grace of Monaco' Trailer

Warner Bros. has released the trailer for Grace of Monaco, starring Academy Award-winner Nicole Kidman as the hollywood-royalty-turned-princess Grace Kelly.

Set in the 1960s, the film follows Kelly and her husband Prince Rainier III, played by Tim Roth, during the political disputes between Monaco and France. The trailer is a succession of glamorous shots of Kidman — apt, considering Kelly's place in history as a fashion icon — set to a dramatic narration that highlights the status Kelly acquired upon her marriage.

“You are the fairy tale, the serenity to which we all aspire,” the narrator says. "For no matter where you are, in years to come, they will continue to whisper your name. The Princess Grace."

The film is directed by Olivier Dahan, known for the 2007 biopic La Vie en Rose. It will be interesting to see how this film fares against fall's flick about another legendary princess, Diana , starring Kidman's good friend Naomi Watts.

Grace of Monaco opens Nov. 27 in the United States and Nov. 29 in the UK.
