How did we ever shop for gifts before social media? Today's consumers have it easy — your wife, boyfriend, stepmother, teenager drop hints all year long via networks like Facebook and Pinterest.

Crowdtap created an infographic to showcase the social side of holiday shopping, specifically. Among the numbers, 92% of consumers trust earned media over all other forms of advertising, and two out of three shoppers purchased a gift they found via social media.
