Welcome to this morning's edition of "First To Know," a series in which we keep you in the know on what's happening in the digital world.

Today, we're looking at three particularly interesting stories. Yahoo continues to scoop up tech talent around world over. According to AllThingsD, the company is planning to acquire ecommerce app platform Lexity. Amazon is also adding talent; it's hiring for more than 5,000 full-time jobs throughout its fulfillment network. And an image of what appears to be plastic retail packaging could confirm rumors of the iPhone 5C, the iPhone's cheaper, plastic cousin.
