Good News, Everyone — 'Futurama' Is in 3D

What's This?

Smell-O-Vision users, insert nose tubes now: Futurama is back, with a brand new look.

Vimeo and Behance user Alexey Zakharov has created a stunning 3D version of New New York in the 31st millennium.

With fantastic references to the Tube Transport System, Mom's Friendly Robot Company and even a few inconspicuous Slurm advertisements thrown in for good measure, the only thing this video's missing is a certain special shiny metal ass.

And good news, everyone — Zakharov didn't stop at the skyline. Another video reveals the artist's hyper-realistic version of the Planet Express ship, crew-not-included.

Take a look at Zakharov's Behance gallery to see some of the incredible artwork created in the same style. Bravo, Zakharov — President Nixon would be proud.
