If you've been experiencing issues logging onto Instagram today, you're not alone. The site was down for all users on desktop and mobile for about 40 minutes.
According to IsItDownRightNow.com, the popular photo-sharing site started experiencing issues around 4:30 p.m. ET. It started to work again for some users around 5:15 p.m.
"Sorry, we couldn't complete your request," an error message on the site read. "Our team has been notified and will investigate as soon as possible."
Instagram has not yet responded to a request for comment, but tweeted it's looking into the issue.
