If you're a microwave type of person, you probably can't wait around for 13 hours while a brisket cooks. But Arby's can. Here's proof.
After some questioned Arby's claim that the brisket in its new brisket sandwich. The item is featured in a new commercial, which details how the brisket is cooked for 13 hours before it is frozen, packaged and shipped off to restaurants, Arby's is now letting you watch the whole process.
It's all happening on their specially made YouTube channel, Arbys 13HourBrisket that rivals The Yule Log or any Andy Warhol film for sustained monotony.
The commercial set set a new Guinness World Record after it aired on TV in Minnesota.
At the time of writing 15,000 people are watching the live stream — which is probably more than anyone actually eating in an Arby's restaurant right now.
