Tuesday at the Winter Olympics in Sochi saw Shaun White knocked off his snowboarding throne with a fourth-place finish in the halfpipe. It also saw a Canadian teenager take gold in the games' first-ever women's freestyle skiing slopestyle competition.

Those were the day's biggest stories, but we also had medal action in biathlon, cross-country skiing, luge, ski jumping and speedskating. Read on for a full rundown of who won what, as well as some of Tuesday's best photos from Sochi.
