Combine the magic of Studio Ghibli with the side-tickling hilarity of The Simpsons and you get one phenomenal mashup.

The Simpsons are no strangers to great referential humor, but this particular homage to Hayao Miyazaki definitely goes above and beyond, giving shout outs to some of the best loved films from the Japanese franchise.

And if you are a Miyazaki film buff, you are sure to be satisfied by the amount of whimsical references, from the Kwik-E-Mart walking around like Howl's castle to Selma and Patty riding on broomsticks a la Kiki's Delivery Service.
