Whether you collect vinyl records or rock out with an MP3 device, music is an important facet of our lives. It's integral to our culture, our expression, our happiness and even our history. This week's top tech showcases several amazing gadgets to keep you moving to the groove, no matter how you choose to listen to music.

Today, gramophones are mostly used in cartoons or on TV shows to show a character's antiquated stance on technology. That won't be the case for long. Gramovox seeks to take Bluetooth speakers back in time with a new impressive machine, which plays any song from your Bluetooth-enabled device. If you're looking to get a classic, vintage sound or just have a unique conversation piece for parties, this could be the speaker for you.

If a smartwatch is too conspicuous for your fashion tastes, how about a smart ring? The Smarty Ring is a stainless steel ring that can hold a charge for 24 hours, and is compatible with both iOS and Android. It's great for the music lover on the go, as it has buttons to play and skip songs built into the exterior of the device. The ring also alerts you when you're more than 30 feet from your phone to keep you from losing it.

Earbuds are an easy and easily portable way to tune in to our favorite songs on the go. Still, these little devices are likely to fall out during hectic commutes and workouts, or leave your ears feeling sore from the ill-fit design. Yurbuds understood the issue — CEO Seth Burgett and partner Richard Daniels are both runners who've dealt with this problem before. These earphones are designed to fit the shape of the ear, unlike many of their competitors, so they will be comfortable without falling out mid-exercise.
