Christmas is a time to put our differences aside and focus on the love and respect we have for one another. Just because your OTP (One True Pairing) directly clashes with your friend's doesn't mean you can't both enjoy a nice cup of cocoa by the fire together.

Unless of course they voice a very wrong opinion about the fictional characters you love, in which case you can let them know where to stick their tinsel.
