Today, we're looking at three particularly interesting stories. The new Nexus 5 will be available in both black and white, according to a leaked photo from @evleaks. A new device from Livescribe, the Livescribe 3 smartpen, uses Bluetooth technology to digitize your notes. In a report from Der Spiegel, the NSA has not only spied on German Chancellor Angela Merkel, but also used the U.S. embassy in Berlin as a listening station.
