Icona Pop Singers Debut Samsung Galaxy Gear Watch

Swedish music duo Icona Pop, known for their smash hit "I Love It," wore the Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch at the company's Unpacked event at Times Square in New York City — becoming the first people to sport the device in public (photos to come).

They performed "I Love It," "All Night" and “In the Stars (Galaxy Mix)," which is a mashup of their new song "In the Stars" and Samsung's "Over the Horizon." The mashup is available for download in the Samsung Galaxy music store.

The performance was simulcasted at Berlin's IFA show, where Samsung announced the Galaxy Gear and its third-generation big-screen smartphone, the Galaxy Note 3.

Samsung previously used "I Love It" in a commercial for the Samsung Galaxy S4. The duo's music has also been featured in Girls, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, Coca-Cola Light commercial, Snooki & JWoww and Vampire Diaries.
