'Full House' Band Jesse and The Rippers Reunites on 'Late Night'

What's This?

Jesse and The Rippers, the fictional band from the hit '90s show Full House , stopped by Jimmy Fallon's Late Night on Friday to perform a medley of their greatest hits, including the show's theme song.

The Rippers, including John Stamos (who played Uncle Jesse on Full House), took over the stage after a signature Fallon introduction: "They're a great band out of San Francisco, and in 1992, their single 'Forever' became a number-one hit in Japan. Tonight, they're reuniting for one night only." Fallon's YouTube account posted a portion of the performance, above, early Saturday morning.

Stamos rocked a classic mullet, and jammed to a set that included the Beach Boys' "Forever," Elvis' "Little Sister," and the Beatles' "Hippie Hippie Shake" on a makeshift version of the Smash Club that Uncle Jesse owned and operated on the show.

Bob Saget, who played patriarch Danny Tanner, grooved in the audience as the band performed. Afterward, Lori Loughlin, who played Jesse's wife Becky, jumped onstage to give a smooch to her onscreen love.

Friday night's performance was yet another treat for Full House fans, as Thursday night's show saw Saget sit down with Late Night scribe Arthur Meyer, who is a super fan of the comedian. Check out the videos, below, to see their conversation.
